Certain products may be available for pre-order before their official release. By placing a pre-order:

- The estimated release date is provided as a guideline and may be subject to change

6. Payment Processing
6.1 Payment Provider
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. This information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We receive and store only:
- A unique customer identifier for payment tracking
- Billing address (for order fulfillment and tax purposes)
- Transaction records (order amounts, dates, and status)
6.3 Currency
Prices may be displayed in your local currency based on your location or preference. All transactions are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates are determined at the time of purchase and are displayed before payment. You are responsible for any additional currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
6.4 Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing address.
7. Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
We offer subscription-based access to certain features and digital products. Subscription plans vary by tier level and may include different features, support priority levels, and access to specific digital products.
7.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing interval you select:
- Monthly billing: You will be charged on the same date each month
- Yearly billing: You will be charged on the same date each year
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
7.3 Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current.
7.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Notify you by email of the failed payment
- Attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days
- Provide a grace period (typically 7 days, depending on your plan) during which you retain access while resolving the payment issue
If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be suspended and access to subscription benefits will be revoked.
7.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Unused time is not refunded unless required by applicable law

Subscription benefits may include:

Access to subscription-only digital products requires an active subscription at the appropriate tier level. If your subscription lapses, access to these products will be revoked until your subscription is renewed.
8. Refunds

8.4 Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team through the Portal's support ticket system

Hardware devices may be registered to an organization. Organization admins may assign and revoke device access for members. Warranty coverage for organization-registered devices follows the same terms as individual hardware (Section 9).
12.5 Leaving or Dissolving an Organization
Members may leave an organization at any time. When an organization is dissolved, all associated resources, subscriptions, and hardware registrations will be handled according to the organization owner's instructions. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before dissolution.
13. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Portal but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance

- Circumstances beyond our control
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GQA and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Portal.

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
